How To Make 2S Battery

Well i came to write this post because i am going to start making my RC car for that i have order 2.4GHz Tx/Rx, servos, Esc, Motor  from banggood. But i can't order lipo batteries because of my country custom rules so that's why banggood cannot ship lipo batteries to my country. So I decide to make my own rechargeable 2S battery, You can Tell me about your lipo batteries that you are using. And where did you buy your battery, Now back to post again

First I spend time to make schematic for my battery and came up with this, its not too good but works for me.

(The Red, Green and black wire are for balancing charging.)

Then started to collect thing that I required,. that are:
1×tape
1×scissor
2×wires
1×balance charger connector you can find then in the link
Balance Charger Cable Wire Adapter

2×Li-ion 1850 3.7V the link is given below
2PCS ICR18650 2600mAh 3.6v

NOT FROM BANGGOOD

First i attache both the batteries alternatively with a tape so that they can be fix tightly then i connect +ve terminal of one cell to the -ve terminal of other cell with soldering iron. The to get 7.4V I connect the output wires with +ve terminal of cell 1, And -ve terminal of other cell. Now if you check the volt across the terminal of both wire it will be showing 7.4V because each cell has 3.7 volt and for two cell it will be 7.4V. now connect the Red wire of balance connector to the +ve of the first cell and connect the Green one to -ve side of second cell for the remaining Black wire that will be connected to the middle of wire that is joining the +ve terminal of cell1and -ve terminal of 2 cell.
And finally by applying some tape for finishing and giving it some extra strength i got my very own 2s 3000mAhrechargable battery and it works great with long lasting battery timing.

The -ve sign is because i connect the terminal oppositely
3.8V is of each cell you can check this by connecting red probe of multi-meter to the red one of balance charger and black one to black one it show voltage across each cell and to see 7.4V you have to connect it to output wires

That's it for today hope you like this post
